Our Policies

  • Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
  • Rates apply to single or double occupancy.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Two night minimum stay.
  • Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
  • Cancellation of (including changes to) a confirmed reservation must be made 10 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 administrative processing fee per room, per night.
  • “No Shows,” your room will be held until 12:00 am of the day of your arrival. After which the room will be released. No adjustments will be made for a “no show.”
  • A 30-day cancellation policy is in effect for group booking of three or more rooms; major holiday bookings; and weekends of the City of Spartanburg and College events.
  • Weddings and Whole House Events – There are No Cancellations of either Venue or Rooms. We strongly advise the purchase of Event Insurance for your protection. This includes party booking and guest booking.
  • Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment. Confirmed reservations require a credit card.
  • Check in 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated with notice.
  • Check out at 11:00 am. Late check outs can be accommodated with notice.
  • While we adore children, the Inn is not child-safe. Children over 13 are welcome.
  • Due to County regulations, double occupancy is the maximum for each room.
  • Our facility cannot accommodate pets.
  • The Inn is a non-smoking facility. An outdoor area amid the Magnolias has been designated for smoking.
